    Items detailed above which include preparation of statutory micro entity accounts up to an annual turnover of £200,000, Companies House annual compliance, monthly payroll, completion of your self assessment tax return, starter Xero software licence and access to our Xero certified staff for support.

  • Who can use the package?

    This package is designed for sole director Limited Companies, however it is available to all Limited Companies with annual turnover less than £200,000, provided that you issue no more than 5 sales invoices and receive no more than 5 supplier invoices per month. There is also a limit of 20 bank transactions per month.

  • What if my turnover is more than £200,000 pa?

    If your annual turnover is more than £200,000, you can upgrade to our full Limited Companies LTD632 bundle which covers turnover up to £632,000.

  • What if I need specific tax advice?

    If you select the annual review meeting listed above, we will provide advice on any tax relief available and ensure your business is structured in a tax efficient manner, minimise your annual tax liability.
